Our company consists of two North Carolina, Residential Certified Appraisers from the triangle area:

Mr. Snow started Pure Appraisals, Inc. in the Triangle area, in April 2008. He began his appraisal career in March 2003 in the state of Massachusetts, and became Residential Certified in December 2005. He has performed a wide variety of residential appraisals, mainly for the mortgage lending market, over these years, including single and 2-4 family properties, investment and rental properties, REO and foreclosures, condominiums including mid-high rise, vacant land and/or homes with acreage up to 30+, manufactured homes, properties in urban, suburban and rural areas, distressed properties, new construction, PUD properties, FHA and USDA insured, tax valuation, retro appraisals, and hypothetical conditions including proposed construction.
Mr. Snow's appraisal experience took place in the city of Boston and its surrounding counties for several lending clients and appraisal management companies, before he relocated his family, and his career to Raleigh, North Carolina in September 2006. He has had two trainees under his supervision since his arrival in North Carolina, including Joseph Coppock Jr, who is now Residential Certified.

Mr. Coppock has been assisting in the appraisal industry for many years, and has recently become Residential Certified in North Carolina. His appraisal experience includes a wide variety of residential appraisals such as single and 2 family properties, manufactured and modular homes, REO and foreclosures, properties in rural and suburban areas, homes with acreage, distressed properties, new construction, PUD properties, FHA and USDA insured, hypothetical conditions including proposed construction. He has assisted with appraisals from Raleigh and the Triangle area, to North Carolina's coastal areas, to Fayetteville and the Fort Bragg area, most often doing 90-95% of the research and reporting.
